We're EU-built and privacy-first. This explains what we collect, why, and the control you keep over it.
What we collect
When you run a free scan or sign up, we collect the brand, domain and email you provide, plus basic product-usage analytics (pages viewed, features used). We do not collect special-category personal data, and we never ask for payment card details on this site.
Why we collect it
To build and deliver your visibility report, operate your account, improve the product, and — only with your consent — send you relevant product updates. The brand and domain you submit are used to run probes against public AI engines.
Where it lives
Data is hosted in the EU. We use a small number of processors (hosting, analytics, email delivery) under data-processing agreements, and the AI engines we query are third parties governed by their own terms.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Email privacy@quolens.ai and we’ll action it.
